beer color(food colouring,food colourant) Caramel Color CCL-010 Description: Apples Caramel Color CCL-010 (Class III, INS No. E150c) is obtained by controlled heat treatment of food carbohydrates, in the presence of ammonium compounds, and no sulphite compounds are used. It is a liquid product with low viscosity and specific gravity which provides a brilliant coloring. This product is GRAS (21 CFR 182.135).
